Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps clear out all the stuff that weighs you down—stress, emotional heaviness, and stuck energy you didn’t even know you were carrying. You stay fully clothed, lay back, get cozy, and let the energy flow where it’s needed. No talking, no pressure—just deep, peaceful healing. How Does It Work?
Reiki works by gently channeling healing energy into your body to help clear blockages, balance your energy, and support your body’s natural ability to heal. As the practitioner, I either place my hands lightly on or just above your body, and the energy flows where it’s needed most—physically, emotionally, or energetically. You might feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Everyone’s experience is a little different, but most people leave feeling calm, refreshed, and more in tune with themselves
